Any Houston/Friendswood Drag Racers?

I recently purchased a car and wanted some help to get it set up for the strip. It is a 69 Coronet. I think it has a V8 in it. I am retired military and do have a small budget but not an unlimited budget. I hate to buy something wrong and winding up having to do it all over again. I live in Friendswood. I know there has to be some guys around here that know how to set up a B body. I saw on Craigslist this year a guy from League City that had an awesome Road runner for sale. But never found out who it was. I don't get to the track that often so I haven't really met anyone. Thanks any help would be greatly appreciated. James

I'm in Pasadena.....and know fugly. He's probably forgotten more about race cars than I'll ever know! The Lone Star Shootout is coming up in 2 weeks at HRP, 12-14th and there's supposed to be several Nostalgic Super Stockers there and I'll be there and Damon will probably be there too running Fugly. http://www.fugly-racing.com/
