You'd have to know the specs. Different field windings for different amperage alternators. I've soldered together a few. Any part #'s or i.d.?

IMO....
It looks like a stator windings for a 42 amp round back alternator as the diode connections are for the pressed in diode arrangement. The square back alternators use a different diode arrangement that are connected differently. USUALLY the higher amperage alternators use different color varnish (green) and different size wires (smaller AWG number but larger wire size). These COULD BE used in square back units but would need the diode connections mofified to suit. You could also compare RESISTANCE (ohms) of the windings to each leg or to the common connection (a WYE or Y configuration).

I’m pretty sure they are for a ‘70 Hemi Cuda, 4 speed in red. You should probably ask $5-6k a piece for them at your nearest swap meet. Just saying.... seems like every trivial piece like this at a swap meet is super over priced..... I knew it was an alternator piece but that’s it.

Convertible...possibly 4-door.

GEE....what a deal ..... if they were for a '71 Hemi Cuda convertible any color (there were only 12 made - seven 4 speed cars and 5 automatic cars)....they would be worth $ 10k each (the stator windings) not the cars....
but if the coils were for a slant 6 car, they would be worth about $ 10.00 each...... Just my opinion of course.
