Any of you from the Kingsport, TN area?

I have been trying to follow the history of my Road Runner and a guy who passed away in the Kingsport, TN area owned if for a long time and probably restored it. I have tried to hunt down the family for history on the car but have not had any luck. The guys name was Roby Myers and it appears when he had it the car it had incorrect white reflective stripes on it in and one of the many flippers that had it later pulled them off and put just red pin stripes on it. I have the correct red stripes on the car now so it does not look like it did when it was in Kingsport. Does anybody recognize this car?

car looks great, you gotta' love a Black RR, I knew a Robby Meyers from originally from Sonoma & then Concord Calif., I'm not sure where he ended up... I don't recognize the car thou, so many look the same
