Anybody knw a good alum refinisher?????

Hello gang. I have two 70 Coronet R/T finish panels that I need repaired and dipped. I know of King of Trim guys in Cal but have not heard good things about them. I also heard about an old timer near Chicago who is very good but have no info. on him. Google shows some guys for Chevy but?? Any ideas or info. greatly appreciated.

You could see if the Chrome Shop in Rock Island can do it. They did some pot metal trim for my 74 and they came out beautiful. They have aluminum refinishing on their service list.

SpecialT in Chicago area turns out some nice looking parts! Not cheap but non of them are and you want your trim to stand out , nothing like a nice paint and body job with rough trim..

Special T is a crook IMO. I have heard many horror stories and he got me bad once. I won't go there again. I have Iverson on my stainless. He is good but costly. I will try the chrome shop guy next. Not sure if he is the one I spoke about but maybe?

Thanks for the info on that I’ll keep that in mind as I personally was going to use them, their stuff looks stunning that I’ve seen but it’s a mental note.
