Anybody use Mopar Parts Giant? Is it a legit company?

Never heard of them and the site just seems odd to me. Only place showing the part I want, against the odds.

Anybody ever use them successfully?

there's multiple "alleged" scam reports


Trustpilot & Better Business give them 2 & 3 stars - out of 5, respectively
their overall rating is 1.2 stars on average
& they are rated like #418th among auto-parts sites
& customer service & credit card issues reporting also

They have a discontinued intake supposedly is why they popped up on a search. I hate to call them to poke around and give my number away to scammers as that is kinda the vibe I get from them.
