anybody using the tci super street fighter

i need to get a transmission for my roadrunner. i could get my stock one rebuilt for around 700 or go with the tci super street fighter. i was looking at just the streetfighter but for another 150 bucks i would be getting a hell of a transmission. just wondering if anybody has used one and whether they like it or not

Wow! Those guys are that bad? I live just south of them in MS and had planned on buying a Super Street Fighter for my 66 Sat with 440/512. My car will mostly be a cruising car will that matter

a good way i have found is to buy quality internals(i use cope racing transmissions)and have a local trans shop put it together for you.you end up with a great quality trans for a lot less money.you never know what parts will be installed by a rebuilder,so just supply your own parts.only ends up costing about me $600 for the whole deal.
