The last Porsche I tried to get into was not designed for a guy 6’4”.
Wayne are you a little guy?
Wayne are you a little guy?
I try to avoid anything with Tom Cruse
No, but I could stand to lose a few pounds. I get in and out of my M ROADSTER without too much difficulty and it has lots of leg room for 6' me.The last Porsche I tried to get into was not designed for a guy 6’4”.

@dadsbeeMaybe some other Wayne.
My (now gone) grandmother Evelin, after her husband died1979 Porsche 928
4.5 liter V-8. 16 valves, not 32 valves for this model year.
5 speed manual transmission. I would never choose an automatic Porsche 928.
Slick top...no moon roof. I don't like moon roofs.
That is too cool!My (now gone) grandmother Evelin, after her husband died
(one of the 3 step mother's Patty's mom's, ex-Principle/school teacher)
had a brand new 79 Porshe 928s GTS, stick, quick & it was really fun,
platinum/bright silver colored, saddle leather interior dark tint window
(I think it had every option available, air-dam & spoiler, engine, susp. tires wheels & including the electric moon/sunroof)
I got to drive it a few times, it was impressive...
I was like 6'2" 225#s at the time I fit just fine, better legroom than my 74 911s Targa too
It had like a hard/stiff spot in the throttle peddle,
because of the 2 throttle bodies interior short/ext. long runner EFI deal
(SRT before there was an SRT by Dodge/Ram),
She thought that was the end of the throttle, she didn't press hard enough
We were going for a ride, I was driving getting on hwy 50 off Sunrise Blvd.
I floored it, it got sideways going around the onramp, she said how did you do that
it never went that fast before, do it again... (she was cool)
I told/explained to her about the 2 TBs & she got it right away...
Got in it & we did a 120mph run shortly after, she wooded it for about 1/3rd of a mile
off of Scott Rd. out by the Rancho Secco where we street raced, our muscle cars...
They are sort of heavy, but felt really good, great feedback thru the steering & wheel....
who's the U-Boat Captain 'Risky Business'/flick Tom Cruise
it had different wheels (curved 5 spoke (?) Bespoke (spell) wheels) & wider Pirelli P tires
same year, same color I think, as the one below

She drove like she was the lil' old lady from Pasadena,
she was unassuming to look at, but a 'Tiger lived inside'
always going 90+ on the hwy, even in her Buick Lesabre & also her 65 Riviera 425/401
(I loved that car) she had a lead foot, cool old lady, treated me like her own
that lived in Sacramento/Sunrise Gold River area...
good luck Wayne
