Anyone care to decode this fender tag?

I know most of them but look at the hand stamp under the Q & P on top line. Looks like Z10. Also, what is the punched club mean?

Nice 66 Hemi 4-speed Belvedere. I have no idea on the extra stamps or why some tags have some kind of punched symbols. I really don't believe that Z1o is factory.

Punched club and other similar holes are Inspector punch marks - for checking certain items down the assembly line.

See above for the reason. Somebody did their job, inspected 'something' and stamped the tag.

They are both typical of the St. Louis plant. Here's a similar stamp.

T3 = Transmission 3 = manual transmission as opposed to T5 = automatic transmission. It's the same thing as indicated by C/3 on the fender tag.
SG= Sure Grip as opposed to SA= Standard Axle.
