if you paid with paypal file the claim. don't mess with the guy. i would of only gave him a week to take care of it. he shouldn't be allowed to sale parts on here. it's not his first time screwing someone on this website. the line of selling it to two people is BS

I paid with a Postal MO. I guess I will have to file a mail fraud claim or something similar.

If I remember correctly he said to send the payment to sfisher@fairpoit, It was supposed to be sfisher@fairpoint. Hope this helps.
