I don't know anything about this company but the add say's eighty percent off. I'm not sure of the scale, but there is contact information on the sight.

That site seems flakey. Not having the scale is a sure indication that they're not really model train experts, more like an offshore company trying to unload stuff to the unwary. Clicking on an item description looks like a copy and paste from wikipedia for the real locomotive, no details about the actual locomotive you're looking at.
