Thanks for the replies! My dad bought the car and it’s now in TN. It looks to be an older build, maybe from the early 2000’s. I was just hoping someone would have a little history on it or could point me in a direction.
What happened to the other wheels? They looked better on the car.

Must be the lighting in that pic. It still has the polished 17” Torque Thrust wheels on it. I do agree that black wheels would not fit this look.

Between my dad and myself, we have a little of all of it. A couple are mine, a couple are ours together, most are his.. We have a bit of a problem…Now you have to get an A-body and a C-Body along with the B-body!
