and would be kind enough to do me a big favour? Looking to get maybe a couple of pictures of the Chrysler Dealership "Wayne Hall Chrysler Jeep Dodge" if possible..... :hello2:

This is where my GTX was originally ordered/sold, and I thought it might be quicker this way.

Any help much appreciated.

How about some info and pics of your GTX? Our first Mopar muscle car was a '68 GTX, 440, 4 speed.

Can also find a write-up in the Welcome Wagon section - FC7 original :hello2:

If nobody does before the end of next week, I can run down there and do it. I know there are a couple members here from cedar rapids which is a little closer. Maybe they will see this and do it. Any particular shots you want/need? Showroom, Car Lot, Service bay. What would be cool was if the dealer had an old photo with your car in the showroom.

Thanks very much....haven't had a firm offer to take pics yet :)
Wayne Hall Jnr. wrote to me about 10 years ago, and provided copies of the sales & order sheets. He also told me his Grandfather was the original salesman. Yes, a picture of my car on their lot or in the showroom would be ultra cool, but since I am 10,000 miles away, I don't see that happening soon. It would be cool to get their contact details and maybe an old dealer emblem/decal for the rear of the car.

Maybe they could provide you a picture of the dealership at the time the car was sold. I'm sure that it looked nothing like the building looks today.

That's a beautiful ride! Was it in the 2002 Mopar Collectors Guide that I sent to you?...Brian

Hi Brian, good thinking on the picture of the days gone by. If I can get in touch with them I will ask for that. My car was not featured in that magazine, but it was definitely mine that was mentioned in a paragraph by Galen Govier in his column. Thanks.
