hi guys. i have a frozen lug nut on my 8 3/4 rear end and i happen to have a cbody 8 1/4 rear end sitting at my house. can i just use the other axles from my c body rear end in my b body? i was told that the only thing that changed was the structure and size of the rear end, not the axle size. any advice is appreciated. thanks.

B and C body rears are not the same width. So even if you were dealing with two 8.75's instead of one 8.75 and one 8.25 they would not swap

any lug nut studs ive delt with are just pressed in you can usually knock them loose with a big hammer

make sure you put a lug nut on the end of the stud b4 you beat it out with a hammer so you don't damage the threads.
