I have an 1969 International Aristocrat that came with red line H70-15 Polyglas tires. I can find no information on the maker, but it appears that Goodyear owned the name Polyglas. Management of International was usually so cheap they would skin a fart for the hide and tallow, so them buying Goodyear Polyglas would surprise me.

I want a tire that looks square edge/flat faced like a Goodyear, but more affordable as they will go bad from age long before I get any miles on them.

I doubt you will find any square-shouldered bias look tires that arent hugely expensive. And huge redlines (H) are worse.
You might find some truck tires that have a square shouldered look, i dont know all that is available in that market.... but thats where id start looking.....

Just go straight to Kelsey Tire that holds the rights and molds to Goodyear reproductions. They process the tires in PA. I was dumb and put up with waiting on Universal Vintage Tire.. Aka Coker tire for over 5 years. Got them shipped, F60-15's, the day after I contacted Kelsey..

I know this isn’t exactly what you are looking for, but if you want cheaper redlines, it’s either these or try a kit to put a stripe on a cheap tire. I’ll be getting new rubber within two years due to age and will try these or put a kit on something like a General RT45. I decided I’m not paying 350 a tire for the repop deal. I drive and those tires just aren’t that great and really don’t look like the bias ply anyway.
