These are in from the factory I believe. They look offset ie eccentric. What do you guys think? Did they use these in the factory or were these added later?

We can't see the bushings. They are pressed into the control arms and those bolts pass through the bushing. Those eccentrics are how you adjust the alignment. Loosen the nuts, the turn the bolt head other side of it to rotate it. In the wheelwell facing the shocks.

Are you asking about the control arm bushings or the eccentric washers for alignment? Your pic is of stock cam washers and associated hardware.

Ya tree'd me R413.

Thanks guys I am planning to use the Moog K7103 offset bushings in both the front location and rear on the UCA’s.

Well if THEY are members here they are definitely odd!

be aware of the orientation of the offset bushing when you press them into the upper control arm. You want to maximize the amount of caster you can achieve, we installed them in our 10 sec. 340 Duster with good success. Come to find out one side of the upper A arm mounts on the frame were 1/4 inch ahead of the other side ! My buddy who drove always complained about it being a handful on the top end nearing 130mph. He was right, this solved the problem. good luck
