Not sure that is what it is called but: Is there anyway to recover/repaint these as mine look tough? I would assume if not there is a repop available?

Shroud? If you're talking about the bezels, and you're talking about the chrome ones, they can be rechromed.

Those are pretty readily availible. I resprayed mine, glimmer pretty good but not as well as stock. Holding up real nice
