The column shifter had been removed bofore i got the car so i am now restoring it. I bought the linkage off ebay but the bracket that mounts on frame rail is not deep enough. There are several listed on ebay but some have differnt brakets. I need help from someone who has a 69 charger to take a picture of there linkage. The first photo has what i think i need and the bottom photo is the bracket i recived. I could just buy what i think is correct, but i dont want another wrong one. Could someone with a 69 Charger please take a picture of the bracket on there frame rail?

First need to know if you have a 904 or 727 trans, a 69 Charger could have came with either depending on the engine and some of the linkage pieces are different. That bottom pic sure looks like C-Body linkage to me and is being sold on e-bay all the time as B-Body unfortunately linkage is one of the most misrepresented parts being sold these days not many people know what it is some do and still misrepresent it. The linkage in the top pic looks like it is correct for a B-Body with a 727. You may be able to modify that linkage in the pics to work but if you can't and need the correct B-Body linkage PM me i have the correct 904 and 727 column auto linkage available

Its a 727 440 I will contact the seller on ebay and request a return.

Thank you for your reply.
