Dvw was who brought it up, but thanks for everyone's help.
Brackets are different I put them on backwards nothing spent or damaged except my ability to be a mechanicCould you explain this a bit more?
You did thanks.
So your car is bent then.
Or something seriously wrong with the spring mount area on the frame
You still have something not right. The 2 spring hangers should be the exact same side to side. The holes drilled in them to accept the rear springs are in a different location Dodge vs. Plymouth. Sounds like your car has been in an accident?I don't know the car's history, I think I took off original springs, had only these brackets to use, there is.750 difference between the two brackets I have on the car. I unknowingly put them on the wrong side. After I switch them back axle will straighten out of front to back.
The picture posted previous of the hanger is an aftermarket. The originals only had 1 hole in them, just in a different location Dodge vs. Plymouth. In response to the p and the d or Plymouth and Dodge is it possible that it's passenger side and driver side. Both of mine brackets only have one bolt hole for the leaf spring
