B block oiling mods?

What are some good oiling mods for a B block? Opening passages, etc? Thanks!

Only "mods" I've ever done was smoothing the tops of the heads to help return, and retapping the block for a Hemi pickup

other mods are cutting a shallow groove in the cam journal for constant flow the aformentioned hemi pick-up , high volume oil pump, smoothing heads, glyptal (sp?) on the block for oil drain back...

Fully grooved main bearings, but depending on the size of the groove that may require extra oil volume. Most new main bearing sets have the narrower groove so typically not a problem. The full groove supplies more oil to the rod bearings. HEMI pickup is nice if you can do it without ruining the block, but I never ran one on my 383 - and it spent plenty of time at 6000 RPM. 70# pressure relief spring for sure.
