Hi Guys,
Looking to purchase a 66 steering column with column shift and power steering. B body. Also if you have big block linkage associated with it even better.

Just FYI 66 and 67 columns are different.

You might be able to use a 66 column in a 67 car if you had to, but not the other way.
67 is larger around and has crush sleeve.

You have a three speed manual column shift big block car with PS? Interesting.
Might be a hard animal to find.

a 66 column will not bolt into a 67 dash frame.....the columns are completely different between the 2 years

I should elaborate, looking to put the 66-67 steering column in a 65 coronet to operate the later 727 transmission. Trying to eliminate the 65 transmission shift cable.

Have a 67 column shift column plus a wheel but need to check if power or manual steering. Think it's power. $100 plus the ride.

I'll get to the storage unit in the am and get a pic or two. Without the wheel will be cheaper to ship. Not sure of its condition either.

a 67 column will not fit in the opening of a 65 dash frame without some cutting and work.....you will have to make your own mounting points as well......a 66 column should bolt right in

Ok thanks for the info, I'll edit and stick to finding a 66

guess You won't be needing this....

Your photos of the column show it doesn't have the collapsible mesh sleeve so its probably not a 67.
The firewall mount plate has four holes and a 65 has only 3 holes, so it looks like a 66 vintage.

I have a 65 Coronet with a 1970 727 and the wrong year steering column. I purchased what I believe is also a 66 column, but its missing the shift lever...ugh.... I cant seem to locate one. Are you selling the column whole, or would you consider parting it out?

OH never mind. I took a closer look at your pics on a PC. It does have the collapsible mesh sleeve. It wont work for a 65.
thanks
