Does your Charger have a plate or some kind of fill piece in those holes?

yes, there is a plate that fits all 3 holes

What's a "hold open switch"?

EDIT- is that for the headlights? That's not gonna be on a GTX, unless there's a Charger dash frame in it.

Remember, we can already see the flasher switch in the pic.

Side note- in 66 flashers were an option, in 67 IIRC standard.

I know all that, all I was saying the large hole with the 2 little ones on each side are stock, not for an aftermarket switch as stated before

Stock for a Charger or stock for anything else?

None of my three current 66/67 B body cars have that.

Could it be for a rear defogger switch? I don't know how often this option was available and where the control was located.
