B body rear brakes 10" to 11" swap

Besides backer plate and brake shoes, what else needs to be swapped to convert back brakes from 10 to 11 inch?

The e-brake lever, pretty much everything.

You will also need the 11" springs w/hardware, 11x 2 1/2 drums, park brake struts as well as the levers as 5.7 hemi mentioned. I have a nice set of correct B-Body 11 x 2 1/2 finned rear drums with the identifying notch in the center, already been turned ready to go. PM me if interested, Carlisle delivery is possible
