B Body Washer Pump #2809013 Ground Install

Does anyone know how to make the riveted ring terminal on the washer pump ground wire work with the washer bottle? I have an NOS Washer Pump and it appears that the ring terminal is to deep for the plastic rim on the washer bottle. That is a rivet that needs to be formed to fit. What I mean by that is you put the ring on the bottle, then use a die to form (curl) the long side. Think of it as putting a brass grommet on a tarp; they still do that don't they... You should be able to find the set of pliers used to install grommets, and it will work just fine forming it and clamping it to the bottle.

.......Still better to ask. Now you have the answer and can move on without doing damage or installing the NOS part incorrectly. win-win!
