B/RB ID Pad Code List

Where can I find a complete list of codes used on the B and RB ID Pad ?

I found one but it doesn’t have anything listed for the stamped sideways “C” on my ‘68 440. Anyone know what it stands for?

Also, I have what looks like an upside-down and also a sideways “A” on my ‘70 440 ID pad. I assume that is referring to a .020 overs cylinder bore from the factory?
