man those pics are dragg'n back a picture in my mind of a day at my parents house . i'm working on gutting my 66 sat commando wildly pump'd 383 4spd near'd 8 3/4 4.88's lok'r , tunnel ram twin 660 carbs , 2'' hook'rs comps , ss springs , 12.50 /30x15 fireston's 500 slicks on 15x8.5 n 15x4's up front and my buds start showing up in one 69 rr 383 auto ht , 70 gtx 440 auto , 69 superbee 383 4spd and one of my buds shows up in his 70 boss 302 with new 15x8.5 american 200 s's on it , he also had a 69 425hp427 auto vette , freeway rocket 3.08's in the r/e . i think there is a hard copy picture some were of that seen . i cut that poor cherry 66 into scrap in the end . well hp cars were everywhere . still got parts of that car hanging out in other car today , lol . circle of a cars life , lol .

Guy with a RR, another with a Mopar & my '68Bee. All swapping a little money,labor and different rear gears at midnite on a FRi after the garage closed; 2 on lifts& 1 on the ground with 2-3 guys on each car pulling& swapping the punkins around. Those were the days.

did that when i traded my 69 rr off , one night peel down and stocked back up with the left overs in my dad's shop . intake n carb , dizzy , cam rocker gear n valve covers , headers n exhaust system and the r/e lock'r n gears . stripped of all it go go stuff , back to the rr stocker . it drove so much different . made my buds happier with superbee n the 69 runn'r . yes it is nice to have a shop to use .
