This came up for sale locally without much info on it. Apparently an early Barry Grant carb. Model? Looks like one of the Demon predecessors (Sports Claw?)?

Price is $100 - is it worth it?

Thanky

IF the fuel line setup comes with it, and IF it doesn't leak, it would cost 85 bucks to replace. So I would take a shot at a $15 carb. Looks like about a 650 double pump. Might be smaller.
The billet metering blocks might be worth 50 bucks alone.

Well, I have paid $ 100 for worse stuff!! Seriously, I run a BG carb on my R/T and it works great. I would buy it, if I had the opportunity.

IMO.....ONLY if you have an immediate use/need/want. Be aware that's its missing the choke mechanism and associated parts. It has likely suffered from a "self appointed carb expert" and has been bastardized according to someone's buddy's friend's uncle. Personally.....I'd pass....
