That circuit breaker is made for audio amp transients, not for power. Any 300 amp breaker for power use is going to cost a lot more than $11

Yeah, nm9, I agree, throw those Chinese breakers in the garbage. Remember, ALL of your starter power will be flowing through this thing every time you start it up - they're more likely to cause a fire than not having one. If you want a 'good price' wire in a 300 amp FUSE, not a cheap Chinese piece of kindling. Then just replace the fuse if it pops.

200 amps will arc and melt any thing in your car so I would use the solenoid and fuse the charging wire
and forget fusing starter cable
