In 67 black, dk green and dark blue and black cars did not get black out. Look at original photos of GG1, and I think EE1 and black cars which were black to start with.

Yes but some discussions have found some dark cars got coated yet some light colored cars didn't. The guy down in the pit spraying the stuff was probably a new hire at the plant. Car assembly in those days was pretty loose. Anything goes.
