There is no way a honda ANY honda is worth any kind of a decent charger or a Norton.
Next if how a man chooses to spend his time is even a consideration as to weather to try to screw someone or not. That would not be someone I would want to be or know.
I'm sorry if that comes across a bit harsh, but my world does not operate that way.
And yes there will be many many folks with an oppisite opinion, buy they do not last long in my world. And I would say that just by asking that question. You more likely than not, you are not that way and deep down inside you know that and it would eat at you.
Offer him a fair deal, Say your bike, some cash and possably he would take some labor on the norton in trade. Anybody who has a norton allready knows that they are more work than ride, way cool but a lot of work.
Then he would have a solid low maint reliable Honda and a cool old scoot too.
Anf you would get a good car with a deal that will be a win-win deal all of the way around.
one can never go wrong doing the right thing

If he was serious about getting the the car running, then he needs to stay out of the bars(and i would tell him that). He might not want to heat it but that's the truth. Either he wants the car running or he wants to stay drunk.Maybe show up on your bike and let him see it,maybe hint around that it might come up for sale or trade for something nice(mopar),that might get his wheels turning.I don't drink beer and rarely have a hard drink and i don't condemm anybody that does drink. But if it comes dowm to me getting a car running,i know where my priorities lay.

What you have there my friend is called an opportunity. They present themselves occasionally in life. LOL you must first be able to recognize them and then act on them.

yes Finallygotmine... i saw the opportunity and i am slowly acting on it.im with you guys on the bike for charger trade. and I HAVE told him many times that if he wants that car running,,,,,he needs to work on it and stay out of the bars.....but i cant and wont change or attempt to change his lifestyle....i can only do things that will change and benefit :headbang: mine.

for the record...i dont want to work on his norton or any bike,,,,THATS WHY I BOUGHT A HONDA. lol
