BEST Overall Mopar Board or page on the net?

I am a member here along with FABO. I'm also on Moparforums. Its a small forum but there are some cool guys over there. Moparts has some trigger happy Moderators but also a few good ones. I like them all for different reasons, sorta like looking at different women naked. Blondes, brunettes, redheads, tall, short, thin.....Theres room for some variety here.
I will readily admit that while I was jogging in place trying to fix the maddening detonation problem with my Charger, a FABO and FBBO member was the first to take the time to spec out a cam for me. RustyRatRod has been a great asset and I hope to have the car running this week so I can brag on him some more.
IQ52 must be a joke name, because he seems much smarter than that. Forrest Gump was at 73 for Crissakes. Jim gave some great insight about how to run a high compression engine on 91 octane pump gas.... JUST what a guy like me needed.

My only observation and I am no expert on forums is why are there posts that are years old especially ones in "for sale" that have been sold still on the site? Is there a way to weed out old irrevelant posts?

Why would I look anywhere else to start with??? FBBO is the most handy tool in my tool box!!!! Did'nt know there were any other sites!!!

I've been a FABO member for almost 9 years, a FABO Vendor for probably close to the last 5 years, and happily transitioned over here to FBBO awhile back. There is more knowledge, comraderie and support for the hobby than anywhere else on the internet. I'm not going anywhere. :D

#1, FBBO. #2, thedodgecoronetregestry.com less traffic but still a good place. I only go on Moparts for parts wanted adds. Can always use $

it's good to have the old posts there for reference and especially because 69Runner (Tem--RIP) still lives there. the forsale ones maybe for market info.

yup x2 mar or should I say james james bond

I go on Moparts too but sometimes there is a high-school clique mentality going on over there that I don't like so much. I like going on the race section there but most of the threads and posts are about more serious strip cars, not as many people on Moparts messing with the down and dirty, low-budget, 11-13 second street/strip brawlers anymore so I can't relate as much. I like FBBO the best. I've received tons of help and support here.

I would say FBBO. While it may take longer to get a reply to some questions, at least the answers here are helpful, unlike some responses on the other mopar site.

:eusa_think::dontknow:I didn't no there was any others out there :shruggy::weg:

this is the ONLY mopar site i belong to, as well as FABO...i find no other reason, nor do i have time to check other sites. the guys/gals here are friendly, knowledgable, and for the most part, all ego's are checked at the door!

I've received more good information from this site than from any other site on the net. If you have a question about Mopars, anything automotive or mechanical, or life in general, this site is the best. It's Joey and the regular contributors that make this site. We may not always agree on everything, but we all pretty much get along and are respectful of other opinions. I hope it stays this way because I don't know how it could be any better

like I said this is my fav Mopar site also BUT we need to bring the Dog back to make it that much better .....he has a lot of good info and is very helpful IMO

that jagoff needs to be back on FBBO...aint quite the same without him

The Dog knew his $hit AND was entertaining. Not a bad quality to have around.

Hes doin good ....cut his hair earlier this summer but hes still good .....his buddies 66 Charger that he basically rewired for him and everything is about to make its debut this week finally

I visit 3 Mopar sites when I can. Here of course and Moparts and Bigblockdart. I like them all and wont pick just one. I like the people and info here. Moparts I like because it has alot of traffic and you get answers fast and I like talking to alot of Mopar people. Bigblockdart is a cool site but not much traffic. Since Moparts is the biggest I figure it gets the most idiots. Ron

I have found a wealth off information on here and used it to put our 67 Coronet in boxes back together without even buying a shop manual. Every time I come up on a question and google search it, I find the answer here. The members are friendly, eager to help and funny as hell. Got to love FBBO! Keep up the good work.

If you guys are referring to Tpodog or whatever his screen name was...That guy was an assclown. He insulted me every chance he could when I was asking questions about an issue with my brakes. He was neither helpful nor friendly. He tossed insults out like he was paid to do it. I can understand a guy poking some fun, but he made it a point to hijack my threads and be a jerk.

Here is a link to a thread I started last year.

I can take a joke. Heck, I throw jabs to others quite often, but this guy was just rude.
