Last thing to remove on the charger. Some of the screws are dead. Will try bullnose pliers if I can catch on to them. Next I was thinks grinding down and use punch and drill out. Have any thoughts?

Take a small cut off wheel and cut a slot. Just a touch of heat and they will come out with a slotted screw driver.

I got lucky and used a snap on Phillips and they all came out on my rag top... sometimes a tapping on the handle with a hammer helps it dig in and a little vibration never hurts. Matco makes a tool for an air hammer with various bits and you put a wrench on it and turn by hand while lightly usually vibrating the gun and works good!

I got the tool mentioned above(I believe it is what he's referring to) off Snap-on - loads into air hammer and has an arm on the side to rotate and you can use any bit or socket you need ! Just hold pressure inward and rotate as you vibrate with caution ⚠️ , try not to bend your panel / next choice if the are very rusted with nothing to bite into, carefully grind (appropriate tool of course) the head off the screw and knock what's left in with a punch - tack holes shut and drill new holes next to originals and remember to make them small for a tight fit of screws (some use rivets, which is fine, just don't end up with loose clips either fasteners you choose) rust prone area so I try to coat them on final install , best to test fit everything before painting !

Clean all the rust out of the screw heads first. Use a quality screwdriver that is not worn or rounded off. Try to tighten them first, if they move any then they will come out much easier. And if you round off the head in the tightening direction nothing lost.

You don't want penetrant on the screw heads, it will help the screwdriver to slip. Yes if all else fails the cut a slot in them with a cutoff wheel
