I'm regasketing the 400 in my son's PowerWagon, and bought a complete gasket set from FelPro.

When I went to replace the o-rings on the oil pump, the main o-ring was ridiculously undersized--by over an inch.

When I went to the parts store to order one, there was a Victor number, but discontinued. There was nothing wrong with the pump--no scars or grooves, etc., so buying a new pump for $60-$90 wasn't necessary.

I tracked down the proper sized o-ring through another avenue and got it installed.

Good to go, right?

I just went to bolt the pump to the block, and the supplied gasket isn't right either. I'm thinking it must be for a small block.

Is this a common problem with the FelPro gasket set?

No, it isn't. What gasket set (P/N) did you buy?

Big block engine set should be like a Fel-pro 2110 or a 260-1001

KS-2110 from Summit.
Head gaskets, water pump, oil pan and exhaust manifold gaskets were right.

You can get the oil pump gasket/o-ring kits from Mopar. Here is a link to a kit that is not OEM.

If I ever find my giant box of gaskets (we just moved the shop) I will give you the P/N.

Well I can't find my stud finder to save my life but I did find this today. It is p/n 2084355.

For some reason I can't upload the pictures I took however here is a link to the same kit:

Hope this helps.
