Never did install them. Was going to paint the intake to match and haven't yet. It's on the list.

I just put them over the stock V/C's for this pic.

I have Mopar Performance v/c's as well, but the black wrinkle is faded and flaking off in places. I'm considering stripping off all the black and polishing them. What's the best way to strip off the black wrinkle?

Here are a few sets I have on the garage wall. In order:
Offenhauser 4 bolt big block
Factory stock 273 Hi Po
Ansen polished big block

I also have a set of the factory chrome big block covers from 67-68 I need to clean up and mount there.

Currently looking for a set of these 67 GTX valve covers that seem to be made of unobtainium for my restoration project. I called AMD and they were discontinued back in 2023 cuz they weren't selling they said, kinda hard to believe, I call B.S If anyone knows where I can score a nice pair I'd be forever grateful and will even offer a finders fee for the right pair !
