Looking for some guidance, ( in pictures) for the correct looking blackout treatment application on the front of the radiator support, behind the grille, on a 65 Bell II. Thank You.

Thunder, if you contact Sonny I think he can help on that support / flat black 1/2 way up (behind grill)...........P-Conversation only please....

looks like you have a great start on that '65

I used this picture of the Texas Rattler as a guide for my 65.

the great debate, white behind the the grill on white cars, black on all other colors

I know this isn't a '65, on my '62 it looks like they used a rattle can and hit it lightly.

It's called "Shell Beige" on the '62. It might be a shade different on a '65.
Question to You "Kid" ... Reading all the manual disc brake conversion skuttle...I gotta make my move for a purchase. Front mount calipers cause interference with (intended sway bar). The more I read, the more I Waffle. Respect your take! Thanks

I'm having the same dilemma on the disc brakes.
Spend a lot of money or just use what works. I like the idea of useing mopar parts that you can go to the local parts house for replacements. I'm leaning towards "right stuff", rear mounted, slide type calipers. I believe as long as you are useing the rear mounted caliper, there shouldn't be any problems with useing a sway bar.
Correct me if I'm incorrect.
