So I have had my 66 satellite for a few months now and I cant seem to figure out what is wrong with the left blinker. I have changed the bulb and the flasher but it does nothing. The blinker on the back works and the parking light on the front works what should I do? Is this a grounding issue?

Probably in your turn signal switch. That is the biggest culprit with these kind of issues.

use a volt meter to check for voltage at the supply wire then hook to the ground wire to see what voltage is on the circuit if the voltage is low with ground of bulb circuit then the ground is open

It sounds like blinker fluid is low
If you have brake lights both sides and flasher front only then it is in steering column
as the signal switch disconnects the brake light and switches to the flasher and uses the same wires

Does your left rear brake light work?

Does the dash indicator bulb light? I think it is the same circuit as the front indicator lights. If neither the turn signal bulb or dash indicator light, then try the emergency flasher. If the emergency flasher works to turn the bulbs on/off, but the turn signal switch does not, then most likely it is the turn signal switch in the column. If the bulb does not work with the emergency flasher, double check the bulb & wiring connections. If the dash signal indicator comes on, the columnn turn signal switch is good, but the problem is likely the front signal housing is not getting a good ground (and is grounding through the insturment cluster turn signal indicator light.)

Bad ground

agreed on the dash pilot light. If does blink then turning switch is good and failure is related to wire on engine bay side wiring or socket itself. Maybe bad ground on socket, since turning light sucks more power than parking light and needs a better ground to work. However a bad ground could dim a bit the dash pilot light when you turn on parking lights.

If hazzards works in all 4 corners then is not a wiring or ground issue but turning switch, which of course wil match with a non operative dash light for that side of course
