Should be part # 3503482. Later Mopar had a replacement for all 68-up a/c units. Think it was a 3503522. I used to have a bunch of these but have been selling them the last couple years. I'll check see what I have left.

I needed one for my 65 Coronet A/C car and never did find one.
I was able to clean mine off and added a drop of solder to every contact on the resistor side. Works good now.
