Well I love Johnny Cash, and I can appreciate Dylan for what he was...and they loved each other which blew a lot of people's minds back then but holy cow they were so spun in this particular moment it's hard to watch.
Thank the Lord they both cleaned up and lived long productive lives...
Like them or not they are a couple of the most important songwriters in American music.

Never was a big Dylan fan in my younger days but I recently purchased his 40 plus cd box. Like everything he's recorded till 2012 I think. I m on about number 15 and have been surprised at so many songs HE wrote that other artist had huge hits with that I thought THEY wrote. A true living legend for sure. I really enjoyed the documentary Marty Scorsese did on him awhile back, "No Direction Home. Good stuff for Dylan fans. Happy B day to you Sir!
