Straight, to me means it's not all dented up but maybe some minor dings here or there, no creases or major dents, no rot, maybe a little surface rust, decent glass, chrome &/or trim pieces... Now a Perfect Body, is no dents, no rust, near perfect paint, near perfect, glass, chrome etc... I never grade a car at what a seller grades a car, I will always take it down a notch because they are trying to sell & advertising is everything, very few people selling cars are completely honest about condition, straight is near straight & perfect is near perfect... But then there is the Laser Straight, which is better than perfect, show car quality, where you can see a perfect reflection like a mirror, not many out there, unless your in high 6 figures... Never trust "almost" any sellers, advertisement/wording, always take for granted, it won't be as good as described, they want to sell, they will use key words, like Straight Body, when it not really, to try to make it look/sound/appear better than it really is... Good luck
