Body Restoration Recommendations

I have a 1971 Plymouth Satellite Sebring that has the usual lower-body rust that needs repair and paint. I live in the South LA/North OC area of CA. Any recommendations for a good restorer that'll do a respectful job? (my former body guy retired and closed the shop without selling the business)
