Hey folks,

Recently got rid of my drift car and was in the market for a new project when my father mentioned to me that he wanted to get rid of his 1969 Super Bee thats been a 30~ year project. I couldnt see it go out of the family so I did some convincing and have now taken over the job of finishing the car!

The goal with the car is to keep it street friendly and somewhat reliable while also being able to make lots of 11.50-11.0 passes and also drive it down through the eastern States once or twice a year.

Currently we've installed a Qa1 full tubular front kit (k member, uca/lca, sway bar, strut rods, shocks), big block torsion bars, SSBC front disc brakes, Tanks Inc fuel injection gas tank w/ Walbro 400 and sending unit, Strange Dana 60, Comp Engineering rear drag shocks, Mopar SS 3600lb leafs. The car has been tubbed and painted Samba Green Pearl (Honda colour). Ive started redoing the interior with Legendary front door cards, a new carpet from Classic, new headliner, and new windlace. All black interior is what Im going for. I picked up a gen3 non mds/vvt 5.7 Hemi, a GT45 turbo, and a small block 727. Engine management will be handled by MS3 Goldbox. Will try to post updates as I go!

Way cool!
I also like the idea of new gen motorvation in a classic, kinda the best of both worlds. If your hands aren't tied because of numbers this and that I say go for it
If funds were available and I had your project, that 1000 HP crate would be the ultimate woodie wagon IMO. Plus you wont have that witches dream of plumbing to deal with...

nice looking super bee that is going to be FUN when you are done

Love it,have fun playing
