Looking for some feedback on this combination and if anyone has any pictures as well. I have grand Cherokee headers as well was hoping to make them work .. With the factory box they don't fit.. hoping some b body guys have had some success..

Well if you are putting a 6.1 in a b body, you can use the factory power steering box with TTI headers. My 5.7 with TTI's fit just perfect, and I recently just went with a FF stage2 box, what a difference!!

Thanks for the imput.. firm feel has stage 1,2,3 but what they don't on their site is what's the difference????
I am looking at the Borgeson because of the ratio? and size..
I was hoping to see is anyone has used the grand Cherokee 6.1 factory headers with a borgeson as well ... hate the fact of having to spend $1000.00 with shipping and all the fees of buying TTI headers
The grand Cherokees fit in the chassis great but hit the top of the manual box I have...

I too am considering a similar install. I have a 6.1 and NAG1 transmission but plan on using the 545RFE transmission with the stock TB suspension. I plan on using the Borgeson steering gear for a few reasons. 1. Smaller and lighter. 2. can stand the higher pump pressure from the stock 6.1 pump. 3. Hopefully will not be an issue with either the TTI headers or the Jeep headers. I thought about using the NAG1 but I have concerns with the starter on the passenger side causing some problems with clearance and close quarters. Also all the issues with needs for the NAG1 shifter and all the extra modules needed to run it.
If you have trouble with the Jeep header hitting the manual gearbox, it may be a problem with the Borgeson unit too. They may be about the same size.
I will be going with the Borgeson unit no matter which headers I use but it would be nice to know if someone has already done it
