71 Sat,with power brakes.I have a performer rpm intake.7176.Does not have the port for the hose going to the booster,and there looks like there no wear to put a port.So can i T off the from the PCV port from the Holley carb.Thanks for your help.

No you can not. When the PCV opens you will dilute the vacuum to your brake booster effectively reducing the amount of vacuum to it. Drill and tap a new hole preferably near the carb base, on top, and in a position to pick up vacuum from as many runners as possible.
 
Yeah, listen to Yatzee on this one.....it's your BRAKES. Another option if you have a big cam with low engine vacuum & don't mind the noise, you can put in a vacuum pump under the hood & just run your brake booster off of that.
 
What carb are you running? An edelbrock has a plug in the back for a booster port.
 
No big cam,just a 318 for now, I will have to take it to my machinist to get that port,holley 1850 600 carb.The said intake looks like wear the last owner had a fitting for something wear its going to be.

You can purchase a base plate with a port that bolts to the bottom of your carb.
