Sure- I went from front drums on my 69 RoadRunner to front manual discs using all mopar stuff. A body spindles, 11.75 rotors and calipers from a 78 magnum and a master cylinder from a 76 charger- wasn't sure if the pushrod from the drums would work, but it works perfect!
awesome. From personal experience, conversions like that sometimes have better feel than some of the aftermarket options.
