Brake Pedal swivel & extension for '70 Roadrunner

Hello,

Wondering if anyone knows where to buy the brake swivel by itself that hooks the power brake booster/Master Cylinder to the brake pedal? They have it at Classic Industries but you have to buy the plate that mounts on the firewall as well, which I don't need and makes it much more expensive. See the attached photo of what I'm looking for,

Any help is appreciated!!!
