@Slantsixdan, what say you Mr. Stern?
I agree but it seems a lot of folks still do believe bigger is betterWe live in a new world, where bigger isn't necessarily better. We spend a lot of time reinventing the wheel.
It's only that way because we're led to believe it. Ask a real woman, she'll tell you style trumps bigger every time.I agree but it seems a lot of folks still do believe bigger is better

I haven't turned my lights on in 20 plus years, it's set on auto. They come on when the wipers are turn on also. It was created for those that are totally not paying attention. For me, the opposite situation is just as bad nowadays. With "modern" cars all having automatic daytime running lights, nobody has a friggin' clue how to TURN ON their damn headlights when it's dark outside. Practically every commute home at night, I see at least one car driving along with no taillights on, just the front DRL's dimly glowing. I don't know what the problem is with current engineering, or maybe it's the idiots behind the wheel, but back in the old days, if it was DARK, you TURNED ON YOUR LIGHTS. It seems like a major design brain-fart to have cars with some kind of sensor for ambient lighting fail to detect when it's NIGHT and leave all the lights off except for the DRL's...
And those damn tow trucks!Emergency vehicles are the worst!
