Brown lights?

How come the lights on my 70 Coronet R/T are dull brown when they are turned on and the engine is running? Same for the wipers, they run slow!

How can I brighten up my car?

Sounds like a bad ground.

get a voltmeter and see what volts are at the lights..easy to do
