Here's the link from Summit for the one I ordered. It's made by PUI. Seems well made, no info on fit yet. It did take a while to get it, 4-6 weeks if I remember correctly.

I ordered a new set of upholstery from Summit but I had to give them the PUI part number. They are not very good at their jobs. I was able to download the catalog from PUI as a pdf. I would attach it here but I can't figure out how.
