Bumper Straightening

The rear bumper on my 63 Fury is bent, not dented and the chrome is great. It gradually rises up in the middle peaking where the license plate is about 2-3 inches too high. The bumper is too nice to replace, I just wondered if anyone here has an easy way to bring it back to straight. The bumper is currently off the car.

2 to 3 inches is a big bend. Pictures help. I have used my press to work some dents out.

You will need allot of room for movement but the press is the way to go.
The press and a 4x4 with a steel plate to press against. Different sizes of 4x4 may be necessary.
Not knowing front or back placement to straighten the bend it may be necessary to support the bumper with tall jack stands
towards the ends.Also allow for flex,meaning you may have to go past the straight point and allow it to come back.
I know clear as mud.Best that I can explain it.

Is it the whole bumper or just the bottom of it?

looks like the bottom is bent up. The top not very much.

Take it to good chrome shop. Years ago when I took my '65 bumpers in for chroming I told them there were some bends and dents I was concerned about . The straightener used a high speed press with at least 3 different rounded heads for about 15 minutes to make it right, I was really impressed how nice it came out. Really makes a difference when someone knows what they are doing and does it every day as a routine.

No, looking at it from behind it arcs up in the middle, there are no dents, as I said it's bent up in the middle
