bumpers or valances first????

Sounds kind of stupid but getting ready to put my bumpers back on my &# charger and it has been a few years. Should I install the valances front and rear first or should I install the bumpers and there brackets firsts??

I know I have to mount the brackets to the bumpers first right??

Help please so I do not scratch the nice paint on the valances.

Valances first-they fit behind the bumpers -bolt to the fenders and the quarters(rear)
Itl be very tough to get the valance blts once the bumper is in place.

make sure the front bumper brackets are on before the valance goes on-easier to acess.
Pretty sure yours is the same as a satellite but the rear bumper is attached to the brackets and they bolt right into the trunk area.

cool I thought so. I just put in the new gas tank and would like to hang the valances so they do not get scratched from being stored.
