Considering this was caught on video, and probably already going viral, it's gonna be hard for a judge NOT to drop the hammer on this guy. He's gonna have to pay. Hopefully jail time, community service, and court-ordered anger management. I hope he learns how wrong it is to endanger others, just because your pissed off at yourself for making a bad decision on a car. He made more than one, going from bad to worse.

Not only that, his insurance will not cover damages, since it was a pre-meditated act. ( pending state-specific policy conditions and exclusions )
